    I don't remember the poppies being in bloom like this in August. I thought they were in flower much earlier, in the spring.

    I took this photo on the way home from work this evening.

    WOW ... I LOVE poppies ...

    Strangely we haven't had as many this year and they usually fill the orange groves under the trees and I had hoped to get a good picture ... however ....
