    Hi Dai007,

    Try this :-

    download an app called PlantNet Plant Identification from the play store;
    run PlantNet and take a photo of the leaves;
    PlantNet will tell you what the plant is.

    I tested the app on a Jerusalem Artichoke - it correctly id'd the plant.

    Marvellous app :thumbsup:

      I've never heard of the Christmas Tree Family:biggrin::biggrin::biggrin:
      Did it mean Spruce?

      A real close up of the leaves could nail it down just a tad, as it looks to be a dwarf conifer of some description.

        Welcome to the group, @Dai007! :) Hopefully we can identify the cultivar of your tree. Don't know much about conifers but I do find them fascinating.

        @pete Well yes, probably a dwarf Picea abies (could it be a 'Gregoryana' which has been made into a bonsai? close-up needed as you say, preferably in shade), but "Christmas tree family" is an interesting term!:heehee:
