New DJI drone

I’ve been hooked on drone videoing since seeing some footage a friend of mine took while he was on holiday in northern Italy with a DJI drone, that must have been a good 8 years ago,

A couple of years back I bought a toy drone to practice with, no camera or anything, cost around £20 - £25, was so difficult to fine tune it so not to drift before flying it that it took me as long to fine tune it to fly than actually fly it, been in the draw since

Last night I pulled the trigger on a DJI mini 4K will be here tomorrow

I bought the fly more combo, everywhere these are £399 or a few quid more at a few places, I was looking for a sellers that accepted Paypal payment to take advantage of PayPal interest fee 3 payments.

I managed to find a seller who accepted PayPal and also had the drone in stock, DroneSafe had a couple in stock,I placed one in the basket while still reading T&C, then when I went to checkout, Firefox had a pop up saying they had a discout code for this purchase, with it I managed to get £9.97 off,



went to pay and the page froze, so I refreshed the page and thereafter I just couldn’t get the discount code to pop up

Not deterred I did a google search for codes for this store I managed to get one offering 5% off everything from the store, I didn’t give it much hope of working but to my surprise it did



So in the end I managed to get the 4 month interest free (not the 3) PayPal and £19.95. off the price with free P&P

Today I paid up my £11 and a few pence for my operator licence. With the £20 savings I’m already on Temu looking to buy a few minor accessories
