    Hi Everybody
As all the regular fellow gardeners know i moved in to this new build bungalow last November, I have posted a few pics throughout the year on my work in progress :thumb:
This week a team of landscape gardeners have arrived to complete the landscaping of the development before the 1 year guarantee ends.
They want to plant ,berberis, mahonia, cornus to name but three in my garden .:help:
You can imagine the joy i received this with

Don't you like those shrubs? Or am I being dim and not recognising irony?

I haven't seen your thread about your new garden, so apologies...

    Hi Sussexgardener
I have no objection to any of those shrubs in the right garden, my rear garden is not large and those shrubs wold be far to imposing, my front garden is larger ,but again whilst having planted Forsythia,Wigella, and Mock Orange i really dont want those type of shrubs in my borders.
I am the end property and have asked them to plant them down the outer side to act as a deterrent to intruders which i think they are ideally suited for :lollol:
