I don't know if this would be feasible but how about an ongoing "Today in the Garden I...." thread where members could pop in and out and say what they had achieved that day -a bit like The Wakey Wakey Thread but more gardening orientated?

Often I want to say what I have been doing but don't want to keep starting a new thread each time. Just a suggestion. :)

Sounds like a good idea. Why don't you start a 'Today in the garden thread', then we can all post to it just as you've suggested:gnthb:

Only an admin person can make a thread sticky I believe.

Hi Walnut and Capney, yes it could be a "quick click" thing just to pop in and say what you have done in your garden eg today I hacked down my hydrangea :( all by myself. [all true of course]
There doesn't seem to be a place to discuss our days work. I am away now for two days, hope others will be interested too. :)
