                I once saved a good steel chair from someones trash and did it up. Called it my Alice in Wonderland chair. you can see it here, part of it anyway, used lots of colors. its still in use, the arms need re-sanding and a new coat. its pretty comfy also. 37663_1525240854808_3892504_n.jpg

                      There might be people with chairs that they don't want to part with, recovered. You wouldn't even need to lay out any cash. Just take the chair and their fabric away, redo and return and hold out your hand for the money :)
