Thanks for your votes everyone. There were some really good entries and all did well. I thought Woo was going to win.

This photo was one of those that I just happened to be there at the right time. It was mid-morning in a town called Zardar in Croatia. Twenty minutes later it was sunny and blue skies.

Apart from the ancient Roman ruins and the old Venetian architecture there is a modern art construction under where I took the photo. It's a sea organ where pipes are run under the water and up to the promenade that you can see. There are large steps down to the water and holes built into them. The sea forces water through the pipes and the sound comes out just like an organ. It also drives a light show at night.

So the sea is playing 'music' and the sound depends on the strength of the sea.

A fascinating tourist attraction that drives some of the residents of the apartment block nearby mad! A lot of them are up for sale for a very reasonable price.
