            We eat too much carbohydrates. We should be eating a higher percentage of protein and fat. Unfortunately our pancreatic beta cells can't cope with the carb overload.

                  Two weeks later and have now lost EDIT: 14lbs 17lb. Unfortunately I don't even notice the difference. :noidea:
