ok a compost and fertilizing question

    ok i do not as of yet have a compost heap as it is no ware near ready could anyone tell me what would be the best type of manure mulch and fertilizer to use in the garden to accomodate for all plants and just as a quick note would like to try stay chemical free

    Hi Sassy

    I've used New Horizon Mulch and Mix peat-free soil improver for two seasons now and it's pretty good. I prefer to dig it in or the blackbirds scatter it everywhere.

    There are also various brands of composted stable manure that you can buy but it gets quite expensive if you have a large area to feed.

    ty for the reply it is worth a try i am very fortunate i have a friend who knows a few people for manure was just unsure which one to try
