Orange grass

    Any ID on what’s attacked my grass, if you can zoom in it shows what looks like lumps of rust in patches along each blade.
    It’s only a small patch about 3’ x 5’ and a part I’m not bothered about much, would like to know how to treat it and is safe for dogs.

    I think it may be due to me not cutting the grass for a few weeks, as my mower gear change cables snapped but I have been on it today and I think it’s fixed.
    So if all goes to plan it might get cut tomorrow
