My son took me for a spin for some fresh air this afternoon...Broadway Tower was very busy and the weather so bright & warm
Paladin's "Work..!!" Thread MKII..!! Sorry to hear about the ribs Paladin. I had to struggle up 11 lifts of scaffold with a bucket of tools when I broke mine. Couldn't afford the time off. Tried claiming when I was signed off sick. They rejected the claim, saying that the self employed should allow for periods of sickness by increasing the price we charge. So if I put up my prices to cover this and as a result, don't get any work, who pays then ?:dh:
Paladin's "Work..!!" Thread MKII..!! The new thread Pal as the other was so big & we have a big update going on so trying not to lose any files... :thmb: Hope you are feeling better now.. :D
RE: Paladin's "Work..!!" Thread MKII..!! I've been working on the farmhouse of the chap who runs this place:WINK1:...any idea who?

RE: Paladin's "Work..!!" Thread MKII..!! Correct Marley Just a small glazing job as the cameras turned near by..not at me!:D
RE: Paladin's "Work..!!" Thread MKII..!! Today I polished off this tricky putty glazing job. The owner is a surgeon who is on the telly:WINK1:
RE: Paladin's "Work..!!" Thread MKII..!! Oh now that is a beautiful door & window set up Pal..... I would love to have a garden room that had windows & a door like that, but it is in my dreams I know...... Thanks for sharing mate as I have really missed your posts... Glad you are back mate..
RE: Paladin's "Work..!!" Thread MKII..!! Hey Pal................Great to see you back.....Just like old times...
RE: Paladin's "Work..!!" Thread MKII..!! Remember the new Greenhouse at Hidcote Gardens we built?...well I'm there again replacing panes broken during the frosts. As you can see,I needed more than my ladder!:D
RE: Paladin's "Work..!!" Thread MKII..!! Thats a very tricky looking job there Pal. It looks double glazed, now your not going to tell me you made DG units to those shapes are you?? The glazing bars look pretty thin, so would be very shallow rebates. Come on spill the beans, and why the brown putty?
RE: Paladin's "Work..!!" Thread MKII..!! Hi Pete, Only made the templates for the DG's,the new Slimline kind. The rebates end up with 12 mm face and 20 leg....puttying them was a night mare:DOH: Brown putty?....Well when the templates were done the frame was unpainted!....and it's Hard wood,so I only went and bought 40 kilos to match didn't I
