Picture problems

    I don't seem to be able to load any pictures this evening, it was also a struggle to change my avatar picture. Anyone else having problems please?

    I have to upload via photobucket, as i get an error message as pics are too big me and i dont have the know how how to change the size of them or the time,no pics on my profile for that reason also,frustrating :gaah:x

      Joolz, I think you have Windows 8? I'm on 7 but if you're pictures are stored on your computer you should be able to edit them in a similar way. Right click on a picture and in the drop down box there should be an edit option. Hit that and a resize option should pop up somewhere, on '7' it's on the left of the top toolbar.

        Thanks xx I have w8 now but havnt for the last 5yrs...do i have to do that for every image sheal?it would take yonkies to do so :sad: xx

        I'm afraid so, quite often the pictures are different sizes. You could try just down sizing your recent ones for use. :)

          I really need a P.A. :heehee: for help with the laptop and a P.A.(planting assistant)so i can have a holiday :)..i can dream,i shall have a dabble tomo sheal :blue thumb: x

          I'll be your P.A. (planting assistant) but I'm not volunteering for the laptop. :biggrin: Perhaps we should do a house swap for a holiday.....a change is as good as a rest and there's not much to do in my garden at the moment, you could go off and do some sightseeing. :) I haven't had a holiday for nearly four years, in turn that means I haven't been able to escape this rock for a break, I'm getting a little stir crazy! :heehee:

          Me too,ive had 3 days in skegness in 5 yrs :heehee: Theres no rest here!!,garden,hens,kids and allotments,you wanna get a hol booked where u could relax :heehee: x
