    Hi,

Is pine bark ok as a weed suppressant for my flower shrub beds?

I can buy a tonne for 45 quid but i want to be sure it will suppress weeds and not damage my plants

    thanks

Aye, it should be OK, but it might come with a bit of resin and be a bit acidic, so I wouldn't put it around anything too delicate, but established shrubs will be fine.
