Pine Cones

    Mrs shiney has taken up flower arranging and has just done a very nice arrangment using only plants from our garden - except for one type. These were some pine cones she picked up the other week and we were wondering what tree they were from.

    When viewed from the top they look very much like a rose.

    The bottom row of 'leaves' on them reach to the top of the 'flower'.

    They look like the tops of Cedar cones to me shiney... Probably a Lebanon like ours at the Church...... They are beautiful & perfect for arrangements....
