      Well the leaves are Ivy, not sure what the fruit is.
      One small give away leaf at the top, but not something I know.:smile:

      Thanks Pete. I thought it was possibly passiflora, but a very strange shape.
      This is from a friend in Canada - so it may be a native plant there.

        Thanks Victoria. I'm not sure it is a bean though - the fruit looks more like a passion flower type fruit. That said I'd also love a Purple bean vine :-)

          I tend to agree the fruit looks vaguely like Passiflora, but not a shape I have seen.
          Still trying to work out that leaf at the top of the picture.

          What part of Canada, it is quite a big place :biggrin:
