    Hi home brew experts...

I've noticed on some of my brews I get a hit of flavour that I can only describe as slightly plasticky. A very artificial taste. I think it might be coming from the campden tablets but not really sure. I'm only using one per gallon so should be ok according to instructions.
    Any ideas?

Fermenting too fast, either in hot weather, placing somewhere too warm (in airing cupboard, on boiler, etc.,) can cause chemicals to be produced with off flavours that give bad hangovers.
