    Hi Martyn, looks like Eucryphia , a hardy tree up to 30' + . Flowers late Summer into Autumn.

      @martyn bromley ... Not just like a pic, what other info do you have.? Hardy , tropical, climber, tree, shrub, bulb or what..?? We usuallybneed just a little more info than just a pic.. Otherwise it could be one of many.. ;)
