My kids brought me some flowers yesterday and my daughter in law particularly likes this green one. I'm wondering if these are something I can grow.

Not sure you will get that from seeds Lori, you need to buy cuttings from a specialist in spring:smile:.

Doubt you will get any useful seeds from the flowers you have.

Lori, get a catalogue from a nursery that grows Chryanths, the green ones are fairly easy to get hold of, just a matter of ordering a few cuttings.

I do have a birthday coming up soon. But my sons, their wives and the grandchildren are always nice to me. This bouquet was from the son who recently caught the gardening bug from me :)

Lori. Have you checked out that link I posted? It's quite informative.

As Pete said, seeds from your cut flowers probably Zilch. Many growers cut blooms while the stems are still in the bud stage, so pollination is most unlikely. Hope this helps.

Yes, @Mike Allen I did follow the link but it failed to tell me where to find product to grow my own. It is a good site which I also shared the link with my son. Probably pie in the sky for me. But it's going to be a long winter...
