    1st one looks like a little box bush that is rather mishaped & with the 2nd I have not seen a honeysuckle with leaves like that myself, but perhaps it is a bush one...

    2nd one looks like evergreen honeysuckle - you get some leaves that shape on them.

    PS - I just found this link where the bottom pic on the page shows leaves identical to the ones in my second pic ( the honeysuckle) - http://www.duke.edu/~cwcook/trees/loja.html
    So looks like it's a Japanese Honeysuckle.

    Yes certainly does look like a Japanese honeysuckle as you say, I found this pic & it shows that not all the leaves are always that shape.. [​IMG]
