Portuguese laurel new growth shrivelling

    Hi,

    I have a small (2' tall) portuguese laurel which had loads of new growth and looked really healthy, but now all the new growth has shrivelled up. I've attached some photos and would be really grateful if someone could tell me what the problem is likely to be, and more importantly, how to put it right!
