I've taken a moving photo of my cat and thought I'd sow it in the pet thread. However I don't know how to do it.
I've tried doing it like a normal picture but it won't work. Does anyone know how to do it.
Please use very simple words

Do you mean a short video clip?
If so, you can't post video clips directly to the forum.
You'd need to post it on YouTube or similar then post the link on the forum.
    Then people can watch it.

Thank you ... it's a picture I took with my camera, but it's a moving one instead of a still photo. It has been downloaded to the photo file on my laptop ...

If it's just a photo then there's no reason you shouldn't be able to post it on the forum just like any other photo.

I'm not sure I know what a moving photo is.
Were you tracking your cat with the camera then took a snap so that part of the photo is sharp and the rest blurred?
If so there's no reason that shouldn't post ok if it's just a photo
