Can anyone help with this? I bought it in Tescos, labelled as a "houseplant". I can't find it in any books, online galleries, or at the local garden centres.
    Thanks in advance.

It looks like a modern hybrid judging by the number of flower stalks. The older varieties don't flower so prolifically. They do not like heat or sun so a cool, light spot is ideal I have one called 'Charlotte' which is a blue and lemon bicolor it has flowered since I bought it in early May and still has buds.:)

I planted it outside in a container. It is by a wall in the yard, so it is sheltered and mostly in the shade.

Not sure it will like being outside as it is classed as a cool conservatory/houseplant, might still be too warm, it's worth a try though.
