Pyrus salicifolia 'Pendula'

    Hi Folks, im wondering if i can expect any ornamental small fruits on this pyrus. Ive been told not to expect any but im positive ive seen some on a similar pyrus elsewhere ?

    Mick, according to my information they produce yellowish brown fruit.:dbgrtmb:

    We have one of those in the garden at work.
    I think it was planted about 4 or 5 years ago, this year it produced a handful of small, hard green fruits.

    I knew i had seen one with small fruits on somewhere and not imagining it.
