Ok 3 days into the antibiotics and it hasn't helped.... I now have a blocked runny noes and a bit of a swollen throat

Is this a food allergy? I've been thinking about this for a little while as my mums been away for 2 or so weeks and so I've been cooking and my mum not being one the best of cooks (I'm not complaining =]) normally sticks to very basic things and anything that happens to be in the freezer now me I've been using allot of spices and being very adventurous recently...

So what do you think? although I cant understand why it's only in my hand

You could always give NHS direct a call.
Those nice people were very helpful to me during my last medical emergency..

Ok well I phoned up NHS Direct and spoke to a very nice lady who took me through some yes/no questions about my symptoms and then went on to apologise that a nurse wouldn't be able to call me back for up-to 4hrs because half the population of the UK are phoning up to find out if there cough/cold is swine flu:o

So hopefully the nurse will give me some info or tell me to get another doctors appointment
