Hi I am very new to gardening. I even had to look up the answer on Google for the verification question to join this site. :)

I am going to fix a trellis to the side of my ugly door overhang. I want I climber to be grown in a planting box at the base of the trellis. the trellis will be south / east facing.
Can anyone recommend a climber that won't grow too out of control and on to adjacent walls and also flowers as long as possible ?

    Thanks for any advice.
