Removing mint

    I had a mint plant in an old pond I had and it has got out into the surrounding borders. What is good way to try and remove this from the borders as it seems very good at spreading and leaving parts of root in the soil

      Just persevere and keep digging and removing all parts that you find. I have always grown mine in pots some of which are sunk into the borders, this restricts their roots from spreading outwards...and beyond!!
