Just wondering if anyone has successfully moved an established Wisteria?

Our new to us, Victorian house has a huge Wisteria growing up the back of the house, we have already cut it right back but we are planning on building a garden room where it now grows so would like, if possible to move it.

I'd like to be more positive, zilly, but it's very doubtful that it would survive the move. Wisteria roots are very invasive so impossible to get out intact near a building. If you do try anyway, wait until the leaves fall and the plant is dormant. If you know what variety it is, better to replace it with a new one.

Thanks for that noisette, thought that would be the case.
