Does anyone have any experience of "ghost bramble?" How easy to control is it?

Its a (beautiful) member of the bramble family and it does what other brambles do!! Cut down one third to one half of stems each spring to encourage the ghostly silver stems. It can be a thug if you are not prepared to "manage" it.
