My son finds the Python 'mouse organ' as inexplicably funny as I do.

Monty Python - mouse organ sketch - YouTube

However, my favourite Marty Feldman sketch leaves him cold. It involves Feldman going into a bathroom and spending what seems like an inordinately long time completely and utterly trashing it. Afterwards, he exits and the camera focuses on a small sign: 'Please leave this bathroom as you would wish to find it'. :D Well, I find it funny, anyway.

Humour is a funny thing, [no pun intended], what makes one person choke with laughter and lose their breath would leave another waiting for the punch line. I don't think there is an age gap as such. Some humour is universal, and some is not. :D

eeeerm how old is she again?
One thing I find hard to do is to laugh at children's jokes; I just cannot bring myself to laugh most times. I kind of have to exaggerate my reactions in order not to appear completely insensitive.

Pete and Dud visiting the National Gallery:-

'I saw the Leonardo cartoon. Didn't get the bloody joke.'

I seem to remember that this was followed by Dud expounding on the idea that humour had changed since Leonardo's time and that when it first came out it was probably considered hilarious. :D

Sheer brilliance. Fortunately we're all agreed on this one in my house. It still has me crying with laughter even though I've seen it a million times. Funny how that bit of gauze always lands in the right place. And eyes which follow you around the room: the sure sign of a masterpiece.
