ok guys , its a McCullough mt300x , it has three adjustment screws , one for air , one for idle and one for high speed.
i have put both air and high speed adjustment screws in full then out 1 1/2 turns then started it.
i got the idle spot on but i cannot get the high speed to work , at first it would cut out when i gave it any throttle then i got to the stage where it would rev ok until under load, then it would cut out again (as soon as i tried to strim something). , this is where i am now with it.
    any ideas?
