I know this is a silly question, but would you know how I might stop the pesky things doing this? Cruel thing that I am, I put pellets in the containers (they're all in containers), but it doesn't stop them. They manage to avoid the pellets, somehow.

    Thanks

If the pellets are not stopping them it's possible they are hiding in the plants. They come out early morning/late evening especially when wet so that's the best time to pick them off, there might only be one or two, it's amazing how much damage one slug can do on its own. Are these outside or in a greenhouse?
