We had two tons of topsoil delivered to us on friday to make up a largish raised bed in the front garden, we PH tested it & it was 7.00 neutral, does this mean we can plant all kinds of plants or not? we would like to grow pireris (Forest Flame) which says on the label it needs acidic soil?
