Hi. I was away on holidays and the weeds really took on a growth spurt. I am plagued with the following hellish weeds.
    Docks
    Creeping buttercups
    Invasive grasses
    Nettles
That little one with the seed pods that burst.
    And mares tales.
And a host of others that I have no idea of names.
After a horrible days weeding all gone for now. Any suggestions on how to rid myself of them for good

Keep pulling and don't let em seed.

Mares tails, bruise the foliage and dunk a live plant into a pot of neat roundup, cover to keep rain off and leave for a few weeks

    Hi TMAK,

I think Zigs said it all really, the main thing with most of them is not to let them seed. The most pernicious ones then you can keep pulling.

    Hairy bittercress

You can use a thick mulch, it needs to be at least 2" deep.

Let them grow lots of foliage and then spray with roundup, wetting all leaves as much as possible.

Leave at least three weeks before digging out.

Then be prepared to hoe out seedlings that appear afterwards.
