Some new guys to add to my collection

Today I bought a basket of cacti. They all were poorly potted into one shallow pot. It was a mess, I decided to take them out of their dish, and transfer onto a plate to let the roots dry before I decide to split and repot them into bigger pots. Unfortunately none of them were tagged and I always like to know what species I have in my collection.





The last one is a bit sick probably from salt/mineral build up, it will start looking better in a few months. Any guesses what the new guys are?

I also picked up a not so healthy looking Christmas cactus

@zakna0693 i have to admit that your cacti and agar slants are a whole new realm for me, but you seem to have a good set-up, and I'm intrigued with what's growing in the test-tubes.

 

Aha I enjoy growing all types of things , these are glow in the dark mushrooms that I made slants of a few days back. Just looked under a microscope the black bits are just carbon I'm not worried they all look to be growing very nicely. I'm actually thinking about selling/trading a few of these cultures
