hi all, a couple of weeks ago someone stole my back side mirror off the passenger side and also the drivers side was scratched, just come back before from the shops, made a coffee then looked out of window and heres an identical car to mine the pegeouit blue 307, he was sitting opposite and looking at my car, he must of noticed me and turned his car and flew up the main road.
anyway i called the police and they think its very suspicious so they are coming to see me in the morning.
also my neighbour downstairs had the police last night someone has smashed his drivers side window,
im only hoping my car doesnt get stolen in the night im pretty worried about this now, dont know whether to put a notice on the window, warning this car is being monitured by cctv any ideas anyone, should i do this to protect my car

Probably not a lot you can do unless its fitting a steering wheel lock.

Sadly rosa I don't think there is allot you can do other than park it elswhere & securely... You have made a report to the police & they are coming to see you in the morning. Just make sure it is parked in as well lit an area of the carpark you can safely put it... So after that I cannot really think what more you can do...

That is worrying Rosa. Unfortunately there are nasty people around who will take what they want. :(

I hope the police can give you some advice tomorrow.

Hi Rosa, you need to get yourself a steering lock like I suggested to you yesterday.Don't know whether Halfords still do them but that is where we got ours from after we had one of our cars stolen.
Also tell the Police when they come this morning that you are concerned that your number plates might be what this person is after, and if they go they could be used for speeding and parking offences and also petrol theft from forecourts. and possibly other offences that they might do.

It might be a good idea to keep your camera to hand in case you see the person again in that identical car to yours also a pen and paper handy to note down any registration numbers you are concerned about.Better to be safe than sorry:thumb:
