Spring show in Carmarthen Park - 12 May 2012

Carmarthenshire Growers Association, in collaboration with Carmarthen Town Council, will be holding a Spring Show in Carmarthen Park on Saturday 12th May 2012.

We are inviting a select number of Trade stands, together with plant sellers and growers, who will be on hand to give advice and tips. Carmarthenshire Growers Association (CGA) will also be staging demonstrations on methods of plant production, including seed sowing, cuttings and division to name but a few.

We hope to make this a family day out by including a bouncy castle, live music, face painting and a number of other attractions.

Plans are progressing well for the Spring Show, attractions will include a wide collection of local nurseries together with a wide range of local crafts being promoted on the day. A folk bank will be playing during the day along with a bouncy castle and slide for the kids.

Talks and demonstrations will be given by many of the local nurseries throughout the day and we welcome any suggestions for topics of interest.

i want to go and julie youd be welcome to come via mine but its the day before i go on holiday so that may make me short on time

 

If my engine is done and up and running in my camper I Would like to Attend could do with an enjoybull day out

 

Julie if my engine is Done and Fitted in my Camper by then i will be going you and Mr Catzail Are More then welcome to jump in with us i can promiss you bacon and egg butty in the camper even if we do brake down & Tea and and Bickys :( Dotty my Camper that is!!! is 50 soon and she brakes down quite often if this was the case the AA Would bring us back and would use Gails car and Stuff our Faces With Bacon n egg whilst waighting for the AA :WINK1:

 

I'll have a go at Mr C and see if I can talk him into it. It would be fun to get together and have a nice day out!

An update on the event is that there will be a talk and demonstration on Bonsai with other speakers in the pipeline, cant think why but I do believe there just might be a talk on daylilies
