Squash Mashed Potato Harvest?

    Hi all. I planted 2 of these squash in a potato grow bag 20th May. The 1st photo is the big one that was 1st to take hold. I have lots of younger fruit that are clearly not ready, but the big one is a good month in advance. Can I harvest this one? I thought it was a winter squash so had to wait until the 1st frost. Wondering if I'm wrong here. The 2nd and 3rd photos are the newer ones which makes me wonder if I should harvest the big one.

    Any info from expert squash growers would be very appreciated
