I have three very healthy looking enormous squash plants which have actually grown too big for the greenhouse and have been moved outside (it is hot enough even in Scotland). They are producing plenty of flowers but they are all male! No vegetables at all. This has been going on for about 5 weeks now. Any help appreciated.

Sorry can't help - I know nothing about squashes, and little about other veggies. Hopefully someone else can be of assistance.

DJ, not grown squashes but used to grow marrows, which are kinda similar.
With the marrows you tend to get male flowers first, and a lot more of them, but 5 weeks seems a bit long to go without the plant coming up with any female flowers.
I dont think the greenhouse is the best place for them, tend to grow very soft, maybe now they are outside things will get better.
Gotta hurry up though, times running out. [IMG]
