hi, I have a few chickens and every few weeks they get moved to fresh grass, however due to scraps i gave them i now have many plants growing in the fertialised soil. There is one plant in particular that i can't identify, i think its a vegetable, its is approx 2 feet tall with a thick (2" wide) stem and large (A4 size) leaves. There is "fruit" growing on it that is approx half the size of a golf ball and covered in spikes, similar to a conker. Please help me to identify it,

    Thanks

I dont think its a vegtable.
Sounds a bit like Thorn Apple or some kind of annual Datura, if so its poisonous.
Not easy to ID without a picture but be wary of it until your sure.
