I am just crazy for the taste of this sweet grape which, I would describe it, recalls vaguely the taste of Lambrusco wine.

Could you confirm the name in English (possibly Concord grapes...?) and where can I find it to buy?

In Italy we nickname it "strawberry grapes"...

    Could it be this one?

Too late for this year and there's also a minimum order of 10, but it may assist in identification. Doesn't sound very Italian though, but perhaps it has different names in different countries. You could always email Derek at Winegrowers.
