    hello green-thumbed folk.

I am moving into a new house this month and I'm after a suggestion for a plant that I can put in a large pot near the front of the house.

✔️It needs to be happy in a big pot growing in the UK. (South East)
✔️I’d like it to be an Australian plant
✔️It needs to be a perennial
✔️Something that flowers would be ideal.

Any suggestions or advice is highly appreciated.

    Many thanks indeed.

How about prostranthera? Australian mint bush. Aromatic foliage, fast growing, pink flowers (or white flowers on Alba) and very tactile. I am very fond of this plant....there is even a variegated variety
If you take cuttings in mid summer you can make replacement plants should it not survive over winter :)

          Define a large pot!
Correa or Grevillea might be good.
