No. I also have this and the flowers are much smaller than Evening Primrose. Surely related though?

vTqGrkb.jpg Please can you add a new pic directly to the forum so everyone can see it...to show a clear pic of a single flower. There are 145 sp of Evening primrose.

I am on some very basic websites like Freecycle and even they have built in resizing functions. Even if it gave me an error message I could resize myself. But I am back to square one ever time I post because my memory is not great.

Thank you for the new pic.... which dear wiseowl has kindly posted here for you.
I also find modern technology mega frustrating.
You will soon get the hang of downsizing pics first.

Very sadly your 2nd pic showing the flower is far from clear.
I am unable to see any details...not even the number of petals...is it 4 or 5 petals.

Tomorrow....Do please take your time...take several pics then choose the sharpest, clearest one and downsize it to add here. Ones that look as sharp as these.....

Maybe someone will be able to accurately id it from your 2 pics above...but I cannot.

The light wasn't great last night. I have a good camera but it seems to have a problem focusing on the yellow, probably because in any photo the flower will be small. I took one just now with a euro ten cent (about the same size as a British penny) in view in order to give an idea of how small they are compared to Evening Primrose.

I resized down to 2MB and it didn't work. Then again to 500Kb (above). Still doesn't work. If I reduce anymore the photo won't be visible. Here is a link:

I would defo say Evening Primrose.. Very attractive but don’t let it seed everywhere would be my advice @Berberis Artista

Also Imgur image codes are not compatible with our image platform. You could upload straight from your pc.. Click copy on your image then click the photo link button on here... Paste in the url and post.. scroll to bottom of post and click full size image which will appear under the first slightly smaller looking image and just delete that one leaving full size image which GC will auto resize.. Also maybe stand slightly further away from flower.. When you download your pic you can zoom in and crop it to show flower clearly.. Hope that helps..
