In order to stop the frogs (presumably from my various neighbours' ponds) and other 'unwanteds' getting into my greenhouse, I've a frame covered with ½" wire netting which covers the open doorway of my greenhouse. The mesh is large enough to allow insects to fly through and there's usually a few buzzing about, but I've noticed the bees come in, fly about for a bit and fly out again (either the way they came in, or through a window or vent), whilst the flies, wasps etc., just batter themselves endlessly against the glass - even when that glass is the inside of one of the open windows! Clever bees.

I must have the dunces of the bee class, then, Fidgetsmum. I seem to spend inordinate amounts of time trying to evict them from my conservatory. They're not as dim as those little brown butterflies, though. I take great care to put them back in the garden, but within seconds they're back inside flapping around the place.

You could collect some venom and make some beauty cream from it.
