      No nicer cloud to look at from the seat of a glider, unless it's a stonking lenticular at 18,000 feet !

        Only just found this.

        Perhaps we could make it our dedicated 'cloud' thread, along the same lines as the sunset & sunrise thread?

        Us gardeners always have one eye on the sky anyway, and clouds in all their fascinating variations can often make for some great photos, so let's share a few on here.

        Here are a couple of quick ones I took at work yesterday of a rather threatening looking sky. I've manipulated them a bit to accentuate the clouds, but I think it gives a 'feel' of the weather that day.

            couple months ago caught a Angel Cloud with my cell. just saw this thread, so uploaded to photobucket and here it is. Kinda neat. Driving home, pulled over. Have got to keep a camera in my car. [​IMG]

                      We've had thunderstorms here today, with hail thrown in for good measure. I managed to get a few quick shots of an impressive looking storm cloud heading up the coast this evening.

                          Great thread and pictures, I find looking at cloud's is like looking at tea leaves in the bottom of a cup, i can see a lion and a monkey there look :heehee:.
