    Hi,
when I open the main "home" view, some threads seem to have a blank space where the title should be.

Hi @Selleri it all seems fine to me.. Perhaps they are the ones with the coloured titles and for some reason were not generating for you, or or very slowly.. Let us know if you experience it again and @Fat Controller might be able to Have a look at the CP..

      Hmmmmm.......

Not sure, but I will have a wee poke. Oddly enough, I am getting problems on BBC website, with it hanging up whilst loading images or even links/buttons

I'm also getting this and noticed that it's only happening with sticky threads.

Maybe turning them off as Stickies and turning it back on again will work?

And one which is a sticky, the red pin isn't showing on the home page (but that may be becauce of long title, but three red dots on the right side), but another thread which title missing does have red pin does on the home page

          edit
One now is showing it's title

edit now it's not, when i went back to the home page (with in minutes)

Withe the stickies, could it just be that the font is white as they are supposed to have green background?

If the threads with the missing titles are highlighted by selecting text, the threads titles appear, and the bold black font of the highlighted titles appears is identical to the highlighted white titles on green background.

I think @Selleri has discovered why they're not showing.

So why do some threads have white text on a green background, and others white text on white background?

I think you are correct, however that is not something that I can access to resolve - we have passed the matter of to @Webmaster to decide how to proceed.

On the basis that he has had to fork out quite a bit for tech support recently, I am going to temporarily disable that page until it is fixed. This will make the landing page the main forum list, where you can still access all the threads, and of course make a donation should you wish to do so.

There seems to be an awful lot, quite a few of which are dead.

Just a thought @Marley Farley , its not something I find a bother, just looking at it and wondering why a lot of them actually became sticky in the first place.

Agree, and also, it's a bit annoying to have more than say, 5 stickies. It adds to scrolling time, which of course is the main activity we spend our life doing nowadays.

How about a separate FAQ section? All the very good and informative general stickies about seed sowing, weed identification etc. could go there and only some very topic- related popular stickies would remain in each other section.
