I've had an Acanthus Spinosus in my large central border now for around 6 or 8 years, and I love it's shape and colours, with it doing the same thing every year, growing and then disappearing in the Winter until the next Spring. But this Spring I noticed that it must have self seeded for there were 3 young Acanthus coming up. As they're a fairly big plant I didn't want a clump so I've dug them up and potted them.

Now all I have to do is find somewhere for them to go!:dunno::snork:

You can just click on the "location" on a member's profile next to a message (for a Google map) :blue thumb:

Doesn't always work ... like mine for example !!

Yes, Cheshire is a lovely place, lots of meres, lakes, rivers, and woods. The Cheshire Plain can be really beautiful during the year. Yeah, I probably am nearer to Sheal as the Crow flies.....that's if it flies over the sea. There are quite a few Chemical Industry Hot spots which are a blot on the landscape but not enough to spoil the County.
