    Hi All,

I'm looking to add another length of cherry laurel in the front garden, install a tasteful arch up the path, and enclose the currently open side with cherry laurels.

Had a look the supplier I've used before and am sorely tempted to purchase some rootball laurels - they are cheaper and wider than their pot grown cousins.

I know that there's a very high success rate with pot grown laurel - I've never had one fail - but what about rootballs?

Is it a false economy to buy rootballs? Are they more likely to fail than pot grown?

    Ta.
