    About the juice with pulp in it.

    Strained the pineapple juice through a jelly bag before making the wine. It frothed up, but not to the extent that it got thru the air lock :) :dbgrtmb:

    Fermenting Mango pulp can get very 'interesting'.

      I'm thinking that burying a shipping container and making the pulpy wines in there might be the answer. :)
