trip to Italy

Bearing in mind that we will definitely stick to Napoli (Ischia is just a swim away...) because some interest has been expressed for that area...

I had a couple of issue coming up in regards to

1) travelling time versus visiting time and in regards to

2) climate.

Apparently south Italy is boiling hot at the end of august and not the best period to travel there.

So there will be variations to the original plan taking into considerations these two facts.

 

The year before last, Southern Italy was pretty hot in late May! (Not that I'm complaining - it was lovely. The only slight snag was that the hotel wasn't prepared to switch its air conditioning on until June. )
