Vegetable Identity Crisis-Radish or Parsnip?

    I harvested some white radishes yesterday, both of these came from the same row, the one on the left has come out as shown on the seed packet, as did all the others except for the one on the right, which seems to have behaved like a parsnip?

    Does this sort of thing happen often?

    This year I’ve had heart shaped tomatoes and now a parsnip shaped radish, is that what is commonly known as “green fingers”!

    If only I could plant pennies and harvest pounds :)
